  HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely dissatisfied! Went in this evening to pick up a money gram and was told by an older woman with glasses that she does not have cash to give me and that the office does not hold cash. She stated she can only do a money order. I requested only $100 cash and the remainder in a money order and she stated she did not have even $100 to give. I do not understand how a business that cashes checks, gives loans, takes cash payments, and advertises Money Gram but does not have the funds to allow a customer to pick up a money gram or hold cash in the office for that matter. Now I realize that it was about 30 minutes prior to closing time and she most likely just did not want to recount her till. customer service.

  When I went here I got treated so kindly! The girl that helped me was so sweet and always smiling, Elizabeth, keep up the good work! The staff was just amazing the girls made me feel so welcome. If you ever need quick cash I highly recommend this place!
