  Marie is such an awesome person to work with! She’s patient, efficient, and always eager to assist. I’ve seen a few managers in this establishment come and go but Marie has really gone above and beyond for this location! I recommend this location 10/10.

  I think they're Great....! Always respectable, courteous, always helped me with a solution to any questions I have. I had another installment loan from another company, and I closed my account, because," they were always to busy to help me!" So I found Action loan! And THEYRE GREAT!!!   When Sattyn took over the majority of the customer service it was possibly the BEST thing that could have happened to this business! I have been a customer for a few years building my credit and things were very rocky with their customer service until Sattyn came along. She is patient and kind and truly believes in being an advocate for her customers. She’s phenomenal and so sweet! Ask for Sattyn ❤️ You’ll be glad you did!!!

  Let me start out by saying what a pleasure it was working with these guys. From the moment I called and spoke with someone, to the moment I walked out the door; I was treated like a family member or friend. Sattyn was fantastic and took great care of me. She really helped me get what I need and in such a timely manner to. Never met a more determined person in my life. Make sure she gets treated well, truly an asset to the company. I will be definitely be keeping up my business with them in the future

  I would first like to start by saying, going and getting a loan can be kind of nerve racking. You want to go to a place where they make you feel comfortable and understanding and this location made me feel this way. I had a warm welcome the moment I walked in and Sattyn treated me with the best customer service. I will definitely be back to the Cedar Park Location.
