  Good service, called and got a live person on the phone immediately who answered my questions, which was a huge relief after trying to deal with Chase. Don't bother calling the North Port Chase, they won't answer.

  Went to this CU to start a new account. Early on a Saturday morning. Chose this CU because they were open on Saturdays. Pulled in and they had no customers and we were not sure they were even open. After realizing they were open, we were met at the door by an employee , explained we were interested in starting a new account. We were told they didn't have sufficient staff to do that today. They did have at least two employees there. What? They had no other customers and didn't have, the five minutes we sat there trying to figure out who else to go to. I guess they don't want or need new accounts. I will not set up an account there. They also lost my two daughters accounts I would have set up there. Very poor business.

  I started out with Sarasota Coastal CU back in 1986 and stayed with them through the change to Achieva. The personalized service I had with SCCU stopped. The last straw was them putting a 3 day hold on a cash deposit. I opened a new account with Wells Fargo that posts cash deposit immediately. Soon as the hold is off I will close the account. PS their App is useless also.
