  I just finished with my second refi in the past 5 years with Custom Mortgage. Danny is a pleasure to work with and all of his staff is fantastic. Professional, Courteous, Timely.   I am SO pleased with Custom Mortgage. This was our first home purchase and it could not have gone more smoothly. Erica DaVia Tressmer is an incredible associate. TOP NOTCH. She was attentive and knowledgeable and made our experience so stress free. She really knows her stuff. Best of all, she explained everything to us along the way so we felt really comfortable with the entire process. On top of all of that, she closed our loan in literally EXACTLY 30 days. That's so uncommon. And super awesome for us! I highly recommend Erica to anyone looking to buy a house! She deserves a showcase front and center!

  Due to certain things we were unable to get a conventional mortgage. Dan helped us tirelessly to get us the home we wanted. There is no way we could have gotten a mortgage without him.   I worked with this company in the past and it was an amazing experience, but I worked with Dan. I have been working with Erica and have had the worst experience. I really hate to give bad reports, but she was very unprofessional with her tone of voice and wrongful accusations. I will not work with a company that is not professional.

  I went through custom mortgage for my initial mortgage and a refinance. In both situations I could not ask for an easier or more professional process.
