Angi Shoemake1Holding cashier's checks for 10 days. Charging multiple accounts service fees. This bank has cost me over $200 in fees and interest in one month. They do not return calls. Awful doesn't begin to describe it! As soon as I can get 3 monthly direct deposits changed we will be leaving after 20 years!

Aaron L1Truist is the absolute worst Bank I have ever encountered. Since they bought out SunTrust it has been a nightmare. Honoring debits but not deposits, paypal instant transfers now take 2 to 5 days for truist to actually credit. Same goes for pay checks and any other direct deposits so if you use your paycheck even when it shows as a balance in your checking, if you spend that money you run the risk of over drafting because it's still "pending" so it's not actually in your account. I banked with suntrust for 5 years and had just 1 overdraft fee during that time. Truist has taken over and has been at the wheel for exactly 7 days and I've already had four magical overdraft fees, two of which have been reimbursed and the other two they refuse and just blame the "merger" and "technical difficulties. So truist is saying it's a problem on their end but will not credit overdraft fees? Overdraft fees are instant and automatic however, deposits are not...

Neva Libring1I have been in this bank for three years I don't know what happened they use to be so friendly and help full I am house bound because of health problems so I need to do my account on the phone now they have new people in and they are so roux they hang up on you don't help the seniors at all I will never reference any one to this bank I am so disappoint in this bank some day they will be senior and see how they get treated I am looking at my option now
