      I been banking with this bank for four years now. I keep on getting lock out of my account for a wrong password, I know I put in the right password! This happens a lot with this bank I'm ready to find another bank, this bank service has changed ever since this Coved or may be because I don't keep a lot of money in my account. I feel as I'm treated different, that's all I got to say

      Customer service is always great here. The best part? You get a human answering the phone every time, not an automated menu. We moved from area over 2 years ago and are still able to conduct most our banking needs remotely with Charlotte State. Would recommend this bank. Their facilities are always clean when you visit and they have amenities to accommodate those that need it, such as for wheelchairs.

      Exceptionally professional and conscientious. They handled our mortgage refinance and did it very efficiently and as quickly as could be expected with the hundreds of mortgages being closed every week in Charlotte County! Contrast this with Wells Fargo who never followed through on a refinance request!

      Was very rudely in drive Thur teller would not listen and shut off intercom before I was finished talking . When ask to talk to the CEO the manager came on and said I could not talk to the CEO or a message could not be left , she talked over me and turned off the mic I never got my receipt . I have not heard from the CEO or the Secretary. Watch out for this Bank !!!! They are rude and crud

      I have been banking with Charlotte State Bank since 1998 and yet again this is why even if I leave the state of FL I will continue to bank with them. Gwen Gad took time out of here very busy schedule to help me with a problem I had with SPRINT since about June. They owed me $176.44 worth of over paid monies I paid to them when I left their service for AT&T. I work in IT and know how security works. SPRINT for all their BS with security features elected to 1) issue the refund on a bank account that was not the primary name on the account (I am the primary name on the account) and 2) Charge it to a debt card that was previously cancelled. At that point SPRINT has no record of the transaction. They would tell me every time I called that the refund was processed. So apparently they have no system that tells them when they do a deposit of monies from them to a customer if the monies were actually deposited or not. No notes or nothing. I probably called about 5-7 times and got the run-around and told on 2 other occasions a paper check would be mailed to my home in my name... Nope. Never Happened. So after finally talking to some supervisors (that barely understand clear English) I was able to get them to send the money to my bank account via my debt card with Gwen on the phone letting them know the score. This is where other banks, national chains fail. Its all about the customer. This person who has busy work to take up her day put it aside to help me with my problem. If you live in the Charlotte County area and are not banking with Charlotte State Bank. You are making a huge mistake with your money... These people take care of people. They care of us.       Love using this bank however, I used my card to do an online purchase which was trying to be transfered to China, its was declined (thankful for the security) however I recieved a text saying a possible fraud was trying to use my card. Tried calling the 24 hour hotline because it is almost 1am, got through to nobody (not greatful for the servce). When 24 hour service mentioned, we should expect 24 hour service otherwise do not mention it. Now I am scared I wont be able to use my card all day tomorrow due to deactivation.

      I just had the rudest experience with a general manager. Was extremely disrespectful. We withdrew all our money. Enough Said......!
