Len, your customer service and ability to provide my clients with the information they needed quickly and accurately is a skill I envy within you. You put my clients anxiety at ease and helped them understand what they needed to get started with buying their first home. Allison and Sherry, where do I even begin??!! Let's start with your constant communication with myself and my clients to let us know what was going on every step of the way was so refreshing to find in a Loan Officer. I swear, as I was thinking of what question to ask you on what we needed to do next, you had the answer in my email before I could even ask it. Next let's talk about how RELENTLESS your follow up was with a VERY problematic/lackadaisical listing agent and Closing attorney. Your display of knowledge and flawless execution of making sure our buyer's side of the deal was as airtight as possible was truly remarkable.   By far the best mortgage experience I have had. Elyin and his team take the time to review all options and make sure you are happy with the results. His team keeps you informed of upcoming appointments and any information pertinent to your loan. Would highly recommend!

  ** Stellar Service ** I am not sure that this review will do any justice to how absolutely wonderful my experience was with ACE Lending Group. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had all kinds of questions. From start to finish the communication was more than one could expect. Elyin was always very helpful and informative. He always made himself available to answer questions and answered them with great detail and patience. They truly take the time to go over ALL of the financial details of the loan. Allison was also very patient and professional as she helped move us along the entire financing process. I know it takes a team to make things run smoothly so I just want to say thank you to the entire team at ACE Lending Group for making the home buying process as smooth as possible and for going above and beyond with the service provided to our family.   I can’t say enough positive things Elyin and his team at ACE Lending Group. They were kind, considerate of our needs, never pushed themselves on us for a sale, took their time to explain the process and find the best lenders to help finance our new home. We started with Johnny who guided us through the application process. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Allison took us through the escrow process and was available for every phone call and question. We also spent time with Sara who was kind and helpful. We came to them because they had five stars on Google, and believe me when I say, they earn that review. No doubt we will use them again in the future. I suggest you give them a call!   Very pleased with ACE Lending Group. Excellent team, very professional and knowledgeable. With in days they brought all the options we had for our mortgage and we were able to close within a month. The entire team was great particularly Allison, thank you for your help, you are great!

  ACE Lending Group is a dream team. The staff is amazing and they treated me like family.   Where do I start? Elyin and his team have been great first and foremost. I am a realtor and they always have done a fantastic job explaining things to both myself and our clients. Most of my clientele speak Spanish, so the fact they are bilingual is perfect. Elyin and his team are super knowledgeable about the loan industry, available options for clients and ways to navigate through the process.
