Jeff Carter1I guess appointments mean nothing to this location!!! Very disappointed in the staff here! Called ahead to make sure we had an appointment. Was told we would be the first ones after a reps lunch. Waited for over 40 minutes and just walked out!

sonal shanker5Always had a good experience at this branch. The Manager is knowledgeable and friendly, ditto the tellers! The tellers really are super nice, and if they don't know the answer they go above and beyond and find it for you. Recently had some international guests who needed forex services and the Tellers did their best to help & come up with alternative solutions. Even though some of it was in Travelers checks, and literally no one takes Travelers Checks anymore! Thank you! (Oh! I always go inside, have never used the drive through)

Justin DaRoza2Super slow 10 to 15 min even if your the only customer, drive thru says open on Saturdays but they make you come inside. The managers attitude is "I've been here 3 years" for everything. The tellers are nice at least. Will be looking to switch to a different bank for my business needs.

Eric R1Ive had the worst customer service experiences, and worst over all experience with this bank. They pulled my credit and said i had too many credit pulls, and too high credit utilization so they decided to make my utilization worse. 4 call transfers later, i ended up with a blocked credit card nothing done to improve the experience. Over draft fees on your over draft fees and over draft fees on buying a pack of gum. They only care about taking as much money as possible.

Andy M2Staffing seems to be a problem at this bank and because of this the service is very slow. Twice I had to leave the drive through because of poor/neglectful service. Both times I called to speck to a manager and receive just excuses upon excuses. Maybe time to take my business elsewhere.

Diane Flagler2Slowest drive thru of all 5th 3rd banks. I waited 20 minutes in line, then another 10 at the window. The line inside stretched 8 deep and it wasn't peak time. Ocoee is super fast...take a lesson from them, WG!
