  Brandt got a loan approved that 5 other lenders couldn’t and they also told me was impossible. I’m self employed and have been for years, so my approval was unique. You would think most lenders would be versed in self employed income but that’s not the case. Brandt saw my income. Said this will be no problem and we will 100% get you approved. I sent him all of my info and within 3 days I had a pre approval for a $1,000,000+ dream home. He went above and beyond all of my expectations. If he can do this on my unique income / loan set up. I imagine anyone on a salary income will be a breeze for him. I also do investment properties and he’s already got me approved for my next one. If you’re looking for a lender. Don’t even look anywhere else. Save yourself the time and headache and call Brandnt.
