  What a great find for a credit union! We joined as we will be relocating to Jax area. The staff at Winter Garden branch has been excellent w customer service. They helped us w new accounts, check order and wire transfer. Very nice and attentive to their customers. Convenient Saturday hours have been very helpful. A welcome change to branch closure and lack of hours at national bank organizations

  After closing my accounts at Fairwinds I decided to give VyStar a try and I am happy I did. I have both a savings and a checking account as well as for my kids. After about 4 months I decided to open a secure card account and I have yet to regret my decision. Every time I walk into the branch I am greeted and helped right away. Every one has been super polite and helpful with all of my questions. Another thing I really like is coin machine they have in the lobby which is super helpful when I need to empty out my youngest piggy bank. I especially want to say thank you to Emmanuel who not only helped me each and every time, but also took the time to walk my duagther through setting up her app and using her account. (It's her first bank account)

  Emmanuel was so informative & helpful. This was my first time getting an auto loan. He was very informative. Gave me the best experience! I will definitely be referring all my friends & family there.

  Would recommend this branch to family & Friends. We have been members for over 22 years of Vystar since they opened in Jacksonville. We even have moved, and still kept using them because of the ease and excellent customer service they provide. When we did run into needing extra help Radicca at the Winter Garden branch helped my husband several times, and exceeded in excellence by assisting. Five star service! Thanks

  So excited that VYSTAR opened in winter garden. Like every other branch, this one is awesome. Knowledgeable staff. Great service. Good rates. Clean, safe environment. Overall, wonderful!! Shout out to Emmanuel for excellent service.

  VyStar was really good! The branch located in Winter Garden is very nice, they helped us with everything and the information was crystal clear. If you ever go to this branch ask for Emanuel Caballero, he’s very good and helpful with everything. 5 stars is not enough

  I went in so nervous after procrastinating about what i needed and wanted to get done. Ive been a member with this bank for about a year now after purchasing my recent vehicle and i cant say anything bad about them at all. When i went in today Jose greeted me and walked me threw every single thing that i needed to do and what i needed to get done for what i was coming in today for. He answered every single one of my questions that i had asked very promply and even gave me some good ideas and advice thats the type of environment that you want to be around someone helping you out and explaining to you what are the pro and cons of everything we even opened up me a another account as well as going over my loan. Jose is a good worker and his collegue John is as well they are very professional and clean and nice and safe environment i even felt safer with a security guard in the building you dont catch that everywhere. Out of all 5 credit unions i bank with this is by far the best one thank you Jose for everything you did for me today i appreciate it.

  Visited the new VyStar Credit Union in Winter Garden yesterday. What an awesome bank! Elancia Rice took care of me and was so friendly and helpful! So glad to see Vystar come to Winter Garden!

  Matthew Snow was so friendly and was able to take care of our needs. We drove over an hour to this location and he was really responsive to that since that is the nearest location to us with actual parking. The next closest is downtown Orlando and the closest off street parking is a paid lot so it doesn’t make sense for the drive. We would definitely visit this branch again if we were still waiting for another location to open.
