      Her name is Rosa she gave me some of the best customer service I ever seen and experienced she has a very big heart I noticed she was going through something's in her family and still was able to deliver top notch customer services. She's a major asset to Ace Cash Express.

      Every now and then you meet someone who goes above and beyond. Someone who if they can not help you at least takes the time to explain why and even gives you options/suggestions. For me this person has been Rosa. Thank you so much for just showing you care. You are awesome and if no one ever tells you how important and appreciated you are let me be the first.       The lady at the front desk was RUDE. All I was trying to do is cash a check. She was very rude about it. I never had this bad of consumer service ANYWHERE!!!! I wish I had gotten the lady’s name. I’m just in shock how rude she was. I really want to know what was going in their head when they hired her. She needs to be fired! There so money hungry!! She had a guy skip all the people that were in line just to get her money. He could have waited like the rest of us did.

      The staff is excellent I been coming to this location for years Rosa the manager always professional polite and friendly I highly recommend them to anyone. I have an other cash place by my house 2 minutes away but I choose to drive 25 miles to come here every time becaus of Rosa and her staff is awesome.
