  Every body knows of Th a ch cashing store Dawn the senior lady at the window I don't mean old I mean long time employed senority is word I ment she's the. Best ,she works hard and most times she's doing it all by her self ! And still I'm in an out except at times customers an myself need more attention the wait has been long as 12 to 15 minutes most of us customer s are patient she probly cou l d use a raise an another person working other window ! But Don't Take Dawn Away or it would put more stress an time on us the consumer.thankyou Stefani D Gaino.

  Dawn was fast, friendly & knowledgeable about certain questions I had and what they had to offer given my first experience there. She was able to cash a check even my own bank was incapable of doing. Much appreciated of this service. Thanks Dawn for your kindness!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. The ladies here are rude and lairs. I got a loan from them and heard you could do a payment plan so I called to see that and Dawn the branch manager told me no they don't do that. I called the Medford branch and they said all Ace cash express do. Went in to due the payment arrangement and was told that they always do it after being told they didn't. Friday 9/25/2020 I had a payment due but also had a family emergency so I completely spaced it. Called Monday morning and Tracy told me they sent it to collections because they tried to pull from my account and said I had no money. Well I explained that I had money and she told me and I quote that's not my problem you need to call your bank. I called my bank and my bank confirmed that they never pulled from my account. I called back and Tracy told me to call collections. Such horrible service will never use them again.
