  I had back unemployment checks come in ALOT of them.The lady was super nice,super patient,and knew what she was doing and was just sweet. If I was in her position with all those checks I would of been overwhelmed and probably irritated.i think her name was Kristin and the woman working with her was also very good.

  Karen needs a raise for not being a Karen and having multiple positive reviews. The woman went above and beyond for me today which may sound silly but I'm a farm worker who hasn't found somewhere willing to cash and she made every effort to see I got what I needed before leaving with a smile the whole way through.

  The employee was very helpful and friendly. I love it when you can go to a business where the employee are as polite & friendly as the one that helped me out. By the time I left I was laughing and SMILING more than when I arrived to take care of my business I had to get done. If anyone go anywhere else then ACE then go somewhere else another time, I would bet anything they would be returning to ACE the next time they had business like that to do again. Thanks ACE & Thanks to everyone that works with ACE. an Thanks to the employee that helped me out.

  As a business itself it's services are very convenient .But the Eugene store Specifically owes the Two Women that work there a Huge appreciation for all they have done for us customers expecially during this covid meltdown .They have handled Lines of customers out the door and down the street opening accounts cashing checks pandemic and unemployment specifically which wouldn't have been possible with other institutions that wouldn't work with us that couldn't obtaine I.d through dmv These women often never saw the end of the line during a whole shift and still went over and beyond being friendly quick knowledgeable and courteous to each and every one of their customers .Please let them know you appreciate them .Thank you and hope to see a plaque for them in their store very soon

  I have been using Ace here in Eugene for over a decade and I must say that whoever does the hiring should get a raise, haha, because I haven't met a negative employee yet! Having that said, there are 2 people that just knock it outta the park for me EVERYTIME! Those 2 folks is the District Manager, Richard and his top notch employee Kristin! They keep it very real and to the point but yet so nice and always laughter with every visit. Lastly, and most important to me, is that they are beyond consistent everytime I see them! So, AGAIN.....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH RICH AND KRISTIN! My family and I appreciate all the understanding and hard work you do for everyone! See ya soon, B. LaDuke
