  I have never been to such a great respectful establishment I was treated like I was one of them it felt like I knew them for ever great conversation had no issues getting my checks even though I had no ID because of the whole COVID 19 stuff going on in the world which completely stopped me from getting a ID card my actual First one

  I was treated with respect and the associate Pam explained to me the processs. I wasnt able to cash the State issued check as they needed to verify the sender as it was a extremly large amount. I will return there in the future. Im strongly considering closing my current Bank account to switch with ACE.

  The girl that waited on me was very nice and had great people skills she cashed my money orders and set me up with a prepaid account card they offer in the store

  I was approved for a loan, then told to bring in my ID, income verification and debit card. Their " system" would not accept any of my THREE debit cards, wanted a checking account " debit" card, which is not a debit card at all, but a bank card. Extremely frustrating with the lack of information. The staff is pleasant however.
