  I arrived there and ask to buy a yzf250. I was told there wasn’t one on site nor one there for two weeks. This was after checking the online inventory. I travel 11/2 to arrive there. Leaving disappointed I received a call three hours later stating there miraculously had one. I told them I would take it. Then they had me drive back to them only to tell me the bike wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I chose not to buy from them. Worse yet Yamaha lost a customer to KTM

  When you are in the business of making people happy, you have to have great happy people doing the work! Fortunately, our family has always felt like a priority and our outdoor adventures are taking into consideration at Water World. They always get our boat rocking and rolling, help out with maintenance and do all of it with a SMILE ON THEIR FACES! Special thanks to Bryan in Service and Walter in Parts for all their help with my emergent prop damage that got us back on the lake the next day. Thanks guys!!

  All of the people at Waterworld were helpful and excited to help us drive off with our new Spyder! They have the best selection of Can-Ams in Oregon and best prices too! Highly recommend!

  Just bought the new Maverick RR and can't be happier with it. Every time I go to Water World, they are always the nicest people and I never feel pressured to buy anything. They simply come up and greet you and then let you do your thing. They have fair prices on their stuff and always have a very nice and clean facility. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy some fun toys!

  WAS TRYING TO FIND A SPOT FOR MY CAMPER TRAILER, AND FOUND THESE FOLKS. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH REASONABLE PRICES AND SECURITY. ALSO A BIG SHOUT OUT TO LACEY ROY FOR HELPING MAKE IT POSSIBLE, AND TAKING EXTRA STEPS TO SEE IT THROUGH.

  A few months ago I bought a pair of can-am outlanders....... Last week we were caught in the S. Obenchain fire....my wife evacuated during the fire as I stayed behind to fight fire and protect our property and those of my neighbors....... Both can-am's preformed thier duties flawlessly...... Hauling gear to areas vehicles couldn't get to......patrolling back roads and dozer lines for spot fires.........I've owned different brands of quads over the years but none that performed as well as these to rides did. Thanks to the folks at waterworld for keeping our rides in top shape I'll be in to see you for some minor repairs to keep us in top shape.

  Sent an e-mail asking them to not run my credit and they did it anyway. Effected my credit score! Ended up buying a $30,000 UTV from another dealer that was more honest.

  Hi Dan, You applied for credit online after hours on Friday 5/22/20 at 7:06PM. You submitted the application which automatically ran your credit with the credit agency. We were not even open. You know that based on the email you sent us Saturday morning acknowledging that we were closed for the Memorial Day Holiday- As a reminder, here is what your email said- "I sent a credit app to you Friday evening (5/22/20), hoping to come in and buy a UTV for Memorial weekend on Saturday. After I sent the app I found out you were closed Saturday through Monday, so I purchased from another Dealer. Please do not submit my application and please destroy it. Thank You, Dan W. Smith." We took no action once we received your email and destroyed what you had submitted. We did exactly as you asked!

  Absolutely amazing people! I have never had an experience of a Dealership go so up and beyond. I live in California and it is a 4 hr drive to their dealership. And I would do it over and over again for their service and sales. I have a 2013 snowmobile and they treat me as though I just bought it from them brand new. The two BRP dealerships within a 1/2 drive for me (Sacramento Area) should be ashamed to call themselves a BRP dealership. In case anyone is from California and wondering if it is hard to buy in Oregon and bring to California? It is not when you deal with reputable place like Water World Power Sports. Ted and Lacey are amazing people that will get the job done! I can not thank them enough.

  Not impressed with service or lack of. Had to pay someone else to do what the dealer should have. Thanks for nothing response: We tried to purchase from you but you didnt have what we wanted. and i have taken the fact it wasnt set up correctly with them and can am but you are the authorized dealer in my area.... there is more to the story than i wanted to put in my review. but i did have an appt for last saturday but it was cancelled by your service dept. Brian has my phone number if you would like to discuss it.

  Shelly L, It seems misleading that you fail to explain that your frustration is based on the fact that you chose to drive 300 miles away from your home to purchase a vehicle that was not set up properly at the dealership you purchased it from (NOT US). We tried to help you out. But, you were unwilling to wait for an appointment to bring the vehicle to us. We gave you a reasonable appointment date, in order to look at the vehicle here locally. You chose not to wait and apparently pay someone to fix the problem that was there when you purchased vehicle. You should direct you frustration at the dealer you purchased from and who failed to set up the vehicle properly. Why didn't they take care of the problem at their cost? Since 1968, our dealership has had award winning sales and service departments and we take pride in taking care of our customers. It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience with another dealership. But, your negative review of us is absolutely unwarranted!
