  At Cash connection they were helpful, informative, polite and gave me a great deal and information on services and prices as well as thier competitions. I would recommend them to any friend or family member needing to sell, pawn , buy merchandise or that needs a reasonable loan on something. Jerad H. was the employee that helped me while i was there and he was awsome, honest and helped me find what i needed at a price that we both agreed on and that made us both happy.   Told me a ring was fake and worth nothing. Then offered me $275 for another ring that turns out to be worth over $2000. Go to Father and Son!!! He informed me my ring is actually real and gave me real estimates.

When loaning and purchasing jewelry we work with wholesale values and not retail values. Retail jewelry has heavy markups and we are typically selling our jewelry to customers at wholesale prices. It doesn't make sense that our experienced staff would incorrectly identify a real ring as fake. However, we are human and mistakes are made. Additionally, our offer to either loan or purchase a piece of jewelry is based on the weight, metal type, and stone value.   Every time I have gone in to purchase items, the staff have always been very helpful and kind. I will continue to visit. Great items for decent prices. I would have given 5 stars but the prices could be a bit lower.

  Do not buy a laptop from them, I should expand that statement by adding do not buy a laptop from any pawn shop. Having said the above in the past, I recently purchased a Folbot Kodiak Kayak from the folks at Cash Connection. The kayak was essentially brand new, some parts were still in plastic, never seen the water yet, but it will. Got it for a great price, will take more purchase money to the folks there now.

  Sorry for the inconvenience with buying a laptop. We clear and reset all laptops to factory setting before selling. Although there can be problems with used laptop that we are unaware of. We are always happy to exchange items within 7 days if something is wrong or not working properly. Glad to hear you are enjoying the kayak.   If someone gave this over 2 stars they are lying. This place is a poop hole. They are asking over retail value on items that are years old! All of the firearms are ugly, worn, junk even rusted!! or over priced. I cant imagine they give you much value for anything. I would steer clear of this sketchy shop.

  The guys and girls there are amazing! I had some stuff stolen on Wednesday, made a list of what I was missing along with a case number, and today I got a call saying they got some of my stuff back for me. I really appreciate that they kept a look out for my property.

  Here is my 2¢...l like to shop and support local small businesses and l also like to be green and try and purchase gently used items as to not add more energy consumption making a new product. I do all my shopping at this store , for Christmas and birthdays. Every item I have bought here has been a hit! AND....I save a million dollars too😉. Why pay retail for new stuff when you can buy practically anything from here. My grandson wanted to try snowboarding, they decked him out with quality equipment at a fraction of what you pay retail. My husband wanted a new Nikon camera, which we could never afford, even used on Craigslist or facebook marketplace. At Cash Connection, they hooked me up with a camera I could have never afforded. Did I mention the crew of employees there...? Best service in Grants Pass....ANYWHERE I’m tellin ya, you will NOT be disappointed.

  OK... Very dishonest about their guns!!!! Especially the new ones. I will not buy from them again. When a place like this needs to be dishonest to the level they were with us then they shouldn't even be in business. What more should you expect from a pawn shop though. Its my fault since I didn't do research before buying. Thumbs down for Pawn Connection. I've shopped there many times and trusted them on this gun. I will not go back there!!!
