  CINDY ❤️ I highly recommend this location to everyone. I’ve been coming here for almost two years now to pay my rent! Cindy is so beautiful, polite and most of all professional. There was a day that I was having a really bad day “just trying to pay my rent and my leasing office was making me do “the run arounds” lol” CINDY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY MAKING SURE I COULD PAY MY RENT RIGHT THEN AN THERE! I came in Very upset “not with ace cash” but with “my leasing office” and I LEFT SUPER HAPPY!!! Great energy and customer service CINDY !!! EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 😍 This location is a 5 STAR

  Wish their service was either faster or they had more people working. Come here once a month to pay my rent. And I always spend at least a half hour there if not linger... If I am waiting in line, I could be there a good hour. And these people are simply paying rent, cashing checks... Like... Idk... Hopefully not all locations are this way.

  Have been going there almost 10 years. Very professional staff and curious, in particular Michelle from this store on Nevada, always makes you feel welcome very professional and will always make you smile I will never go to another check cashing company

  Associate was working alone and had a line she was working on a transaction that took a little longer so she started working on the other and helped move a little faster she was awesome

  A few complaints, firstly I waited 15-20 minutes with only had one person in-front of me because there was only one person working. Secondly, I’d like to know what the exact fees are before I cash a check, not “it’s about $20.” And lastly the fee came out to $14 for cashing a $200 check, that’s SO expensive, king soopers will cash the same checks for $3, and that’s where I will go from here on out

  We were in the midst of the only blizzard of the year in our town. We hadn’t realized we had money left In Our account after paying all the bills for the month.with the storm bearing down on us we realized we needed our generator which was in pawn. Our bank takes a day to process from one account to the other. We tried aching at the local check into cash and got denied due to the storm knocking out their check verifying system. Lucky we had no issues at Ace. They really saved the day! Thanks again!
