  I am so grateful for Ann and her team! I had been leasing a property for several years when my landlord decided they wanted to sell. As a newer business with a huge decline in revenue during Covid, my options were extremely limited for obtaining a loan to purchase an older motel. Navigating the commercial loan process before I found Ann was confusing and intimidating. Ann made everything so much easier. She helped me find a lender and get through the whole SBA application process. It took a while, but we closed the deal yesterday! I would not have gotten through this without her help. If you need help obtaining financing, call her! She explains the process so you understand what is going on and she's just overall great to work with.
