  Went in there with my family to waste time before haircuts and we couldn't even browse the DVDs section without being watched and made to feel uncomfortable. My husband went to see what tools they had and sure enough the same worker was just standing at the end of the aisle staring at us. Not until I said (loudly enough for the worker to hear) "let's go, I'm not spending my money here when they wanna act like we're gonna steal". The worker then said "well someone is gonna steal". They ought to be more worried about selling bootleg DVDs then what a family of three is doing walking around a pawn shop.

  This shop is my new goto, they got tons of great deals and always lowing the prices. And it always busy when I go in so you know the deals are good... and when I need some cash they got my back too... you guys and gal rock...

  Dude with glasses and blonde hair thinks he runs the store down there. He was just straight out rude when I came in with silver. He Said his acid test said they were all fake which I don't believe. I told him how I tried pawning them a year ago and just didn't like the amount offered which he then replied with, "they probably only offered 2 dollars" which then his fellow d riders, I mean co workers laughed. Y'all suck. Get burnt

  I have been going to this pawn shop for years, and they had always treated me fair. Today I went in to sell some gold and silver. One of the items was a troy ounce silver coin .9999% silver, with Trump on it. They offered me a dollar for it. Their politics should not stand in the way of their business. While I stand for their right to refuse, it I stand by my right to never use them again and encourage everyone to go somewhere else. I will be calling their corporate office now.

  I love this place because the workers are down to earth,and in many cases have been in a pinch them selves in the past?.They don't judge you,fair prices and very friendly.I recommend going there first,you won't be disappointed.God Bless everyone......

  Call to see about pickup my gun that I had put on layaway and already did background. It was going take 3 days because of everything going on, they said they call me which didn't happen. Told them I want to get it but be close to 6. Get there they tell me oh we don't have time we close in 9 minutes. Left but call Chris (manager) he tells me come back we get it done, WRONG!! I get back there and wanted me to fill everything out again. Only pawn shop I would have to do twice. I would have waited until Saturday if I got told first time on phone! WASTED MY TIME AND GAS! Told them they should give me some kind a credit but probably won't happen! Have done a lot of business with them. Plus wife has gun on layaway. Guess they won't be selling anymore guns to me!

  Go elsewhere! Do not trust this place with anything remotely valuable to you or your family. So I was literally with my relative the time he went in to make a payment before going out of town. The manager Chris said “don’t worry about it just pay this $10-$15 since I bought a safe (that broke in 24 hours) and my cousin put a item on layaway. He told him he was going out of town and would be back next month. When he called he was told it had been put out and set on layaway. Being a manager in a pawn business myself, I am APALLED at the AUDACITY of this employee, I know they admired the gun but they know dam well it was not for or about the money. I was on video chat watching and listening when he went in, to talk to Chris, and he FULLY ADMITTED it was his mistake and how sorry he was (might release video on you tube if lawyer suggest it). Then promised to call the guy (who we believe works there) and try to get it back. Paul offered to pay the guy $100, his layaway cover, and if he has to go buy him THE SAME GUN ELSEWHERE.(that’s $800 gun minimum new) Due to the fact it was in the picture of his grandfather & Pauls son before his grandfather passed. It was not about money but about family. HE DOESNT EVEN HAVE THE BACKBONE TO CALL, knowing he messed up, working in the pawn business this is EASILY FIXABLE AND HE KNOWS IT which makes us believe it is someone there. Which will make my day if it is. As we prepare to take action involving this I suggest people go else where. This place lack proper business principles and the manager lacks basic morals to do the right thing. The fact you let someone keep on layaway a family heirloom you know the wrongfully or you wrongfully acquired will come to light. Absolute cowards.

  Less must be better as this pawn shop has downsized significantly over the last decade or so! Not a very large selection of most items to include handguns, electronics and jewelry. They do have a boatload of DVD, BlueRay and VHS movies but that certainly don’t offer much as well! They don’t take in nor sell any type of audio equipment which definitely makes it difficult to compete with other local pawn shops.
