  We just got a KIA Telluride from Arapahoe KIA and couldn’t be happier. Mikhile Tracey worked with us every step of the way and we got exactly the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, with the financing we wanted. He was very professional and never too pushy.   BUYER BEWARE: Terrible dealership. Terrible staff. Rude. Don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Don't return calls. Ignore emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Check other reviews - you will see similar issues to ours! Go to a different Kia dealership! 60 days after we signed a new lease at this dealership, we were informed our old lease was not paid off causing us a late fee and delinquent status with our lender. We called Skylar with the finance team at the dealership several times, he never returned our calls. After finding out he was terminated, we spoke to Eddy and he assured us he'd have someone contact us. After several calls and emails to follow up with him, we reached a dead end once again. We then emailed our sales person, Matt, twice and he never responded. My husband had to go to the dealership in person to get someone to respond and listen to us. Dustin Pew offered to "help" us, but was no help at all. He admitted to not giving us accurate information because he couldn't get our account info since we leased our vehicle in another state (really? you couldn't have called the Kia dealership that is still open in MN to get our payment information?). I asked him to write up a letter for the Kia Finance department explaining that they couldn't call for Minnesota lease information and he said he would ask his boss but didn't think it would help since the problem was that our payment was due 6 days before we turned the vehicle in (yet they didn't tell us that and made no written record of it anywhere on our paperwork). He never called me back as promised and I emailed him twice after not hearing from him and he ignored the emails and has still never followed up, a month and a half later. I had originally posted a positive review that was accurate during the purchase. Unfortunately, they have been nothing but terrible to deal with since they got their sale.

  The entire process was so simple and easy! Lee Robinson was professional, kind, and just all around awesome. Will definitely recommend him for any car buying experience.

  The financing guy lied to me twice about important details. One on warranty, the other on the ding repair plan. I would not have made the purchase if I would have had the truthful answers. My purchase was Aug 2018. I will never use them again.

  The only reason they get any stars is the sales person cameron was really great and the sales manager was nice. However the finance guy was rude. Has no personality what so ever. He treated me like trash after because he lost my paper work. They also owe me 100 for a referral and never paid that. I was hoping to stay with this dealership as a lifetime customer but their finance guy lost that and lost me referring people here.

  Be careful. Know your credit score before working with Arapahoe Kia. They tried to tell me that my son's credit score was over 100 points lower than it actually is and to sell him another car than the one he wanted to purchase all to make more money. buyer beware

  Went to look at a few SUVs and like lower quality Dealers they had Market pricing “screw the customer pricing” the only thing they made was a non customer for life.

  Jim Mullins was SO helpful and got me in a safe and affordable 2020 Sportage lease. He, and Kia, gave me a great price and there was no pressure at all to sign. He also let me test drive about 5 cars. I will definitely recommend this (and Jim) to all my friends and family!!
