  Love coming to this location to do my business! Staff always very welcoming. I seem to go in while Michelle is working & I always enjoy interacting with her. She is a dictionary of information! Always nice to speak with someone intelligent. The other person is Brenda. She is always so kind with a 😃. TY ladies! I do wish, store was open on Sunday again.

  3014 n. Nevada: Michelle is the best worker they have. She's the main reason why we come to ace cash express. Her customer service is OUTSTANDING.   This may be an upstanding company, however Brenda was was not. She was very rude. The way she interacted with me was unprofessional. She was condescending and patronizing. Also, our interaction started off unprofessional. She was abrasive from the moment I said hi to the moment I said bye. It’s understandable that employees are just doing their job, but Brenda could and should have done her job with kindness, compassion, and better professionalism.

  Brenda made it very simple to apply for an installment loan. She was friendly and helpful. As far as short term loans go, they have fantastic rates.

  I went to this location and Michele was AWESOME. She was quick with the loan process, and was very sweet. If you want great and fast service go to 3014 N Nevada Ave in Colorado Springs, Michele would be a great person to help. Thanks again Michele for all that you did.!!!! Once again Michele went above and beyond to help....she always makes me laugh when I come in....she treats me like family....

  My first time here. The woman who helped me open an account was absolutely amazing. I had a wonderful conversation with her while she helped me open my account. I believe her name was Michele. She was very thorough and answered all my crazy questions. I will definitely drive across town just to go to her. If anyone is interested in getting an account through Ace or anything else that they provide you should go to she Michele. I give her 20 stars.

  I've had a terrible week and going in to Ace today to see Michele and cash my check absolutely turned my sour attitude around! She takes always care of business quickly but also always asks how I am doing and she will actually chat with me until she makes me start laughing and smile so I leave in a WAY better mood then when I came in! I would recommend this store and Michele to everyone!!
