  I went in yesterday, new to town don't have a bank account here and was very nervous about using a checkcashing place Jackie made me feel super confident about direct depositing and about using my new debit card she explained everything perfectly I don't feel like I need a big box bank!! The Service I received was better than any I have ever received at a bank she helped me understand everything they have to offer and was very patient with me!! customer service was by far 5 stars!!!!!!!!

  Jackie was more than helpful. Greeted me with a smile. She went out her way to help me complete my money order and provided the stationery as a courtesy. Most places would’ve charged or been difficult. She didn’t. Sometimes it’s the little things that makes a difference in a person’s day. I’ll come back anytime. She was nice to all of the customers even while working alone.

  Jacki is the best! I've come in on several occasions with a million questions and she's always patient and kind. (And she's a Steelers fan, so that's a huge bonus for me!) Thank you, Jacki for your professionalism. You are certainly my go to!
