  Ms. Netta was very polite and welcoming when I came in. She was very informative and knowledgeable about any questions and concerns I had and all privacy policies and application procedures. Once I pay back my loan, I would love for her to assist me in getting another one of I need it. Thank you Ms. Netta.

  This young lady Ms.Zee is such a wonderful teller even tho she had a few inappropriate consumers she still smiled and help them thanks for being so nice !!!

  Above me on however I will say that it's is she my little very little assistant and had to go through quite a bit to get an RA approved I guess is what it was called the first manager she spoke to I want to see her name was Sherry I can't quite remember but she was super rude anyway the young lady who helped us at the window and at the actual store was absolutely amazing and I would deal with her any day

  As soon as I walked in, I was scolded for not wearing a mask. "Sir. Put your mask on please." So i complied. But then i asked for my check and ID back. I said, "i was going to do business here but since you want to tell me to put my mask on, I'm taking my business somewhere else. Please hand me my things back." Policy is one thing. But enforcing silly policy can drive customers away. Don't forget, if your business does not make money, you don't get paid. If i choose to wear a mask okay, but if i forgot it in the car, don't say anything! Let it be. Its not that hard.
