  Rick is the MAN. He was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. I have never been to, or used, any place like these and he walked me through each step. The store got a little busy when I was there but he didn’t pressure me or rush me and still maintained quick timely service to me and all the other customers. Rick was friendly and conversational while still being professional and competent. I’ll totally be back and am now a regular returning customer. As mentioned, I’ve never dealt with businesses in this line of work but I know for sure I will only be using this store and this location for any future transactions. Thank you ACE and thank you Rick!

  My boyfriend & I both use Ace and we like the friendly, informative people that work at our neighborhood store. We have never had any problems with our cards that was the fault of Ace/Metabank. I think they are the best option out there next to a bank account.
