  Latasha was very polite and greeted me with a warm welcome when I entered the store although they didn’t offer the service I was looking for she still was very polite and offered me and alternative to resolve my issue

  Went into this location and was greeted with A1 customer service.. Nikki gave great professional service and offered me the prepaid flare card which will be great for me to use for my daughter as a reward card .. I appreciate her explaining this product to me cause I was a little unfamiliar with debit cards but after today I am glad I visit Ace

  Let’s begin with the atmosphere upon entrance, as soon as you walk into the establishment guest are treated with urgency and warm ness. The staff are very helpful and always quick on their feet, i was in and out in no time, and especially people understanding, in most cases I’ve seen many people come in the store with a somewhat demanding energy and one of the ladies assisting, Nakol, the wonderful person I’ve had the pleasure of doing business, is very attentive and polite, easily deescalate uneasy behavior effortlessly. Best ACE in Cleveland.

  Every month Nakol helps me with paying my Bill's this month she offered me the Flare card and now I can pay my insurance with that.. nakol is very kind and helpful . Thankful to have her
