  The associate was very friendly and helpful. She explained the policy for cashing personal checks which I was mot aware of. I did mot have the required information to have the checks cashed, but associate went above and beyond what she was required to do, trying to get authorization to cash them. This put ACE Cash Express in a whole new light. I have used this facility in the past to cash company checks and I will continue to use them in the future. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

  Ace Cash Express it’s a very nice business. The workers have great customer services treat you with kindness. I been going to Ace over for years and never had any problems. Ace has help me in times when needed! Thank you Ace Cash Express for been there for the people 🙂.

  Awesome...Both receptionists were great in assisting and going above and beyond to accommodate me and fulfill monetary services I needed. I'd recommend anyone who reads this to use Ace. Even if your check is 179 days old; I know for a FACT, they'll do their BEST to help you.. LOL, (lil inside thing; you would've had to be there)

  Eileen was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My son told me how amazing she was and he was absolutely correct. I will be visiting this location from now on for any of my check cashing/card loading needs!!

  So ....i have been going here for abt 6 months.....i was welcomed there with a smile.....and every week since then I see smiles every time.....they know me by name....i love our friendly conversations.....the laughs...well yall laughing at.my antics.and.jokes and stories......I love to see yall laugh.....you got a great group at this.location ...should be super proud of the service they provide to the Gainesville community!!!

  They were very courteous and efficient. They did everything in their power to accommodate me even though I had not been there in years. The whole process was simplified the associate I dealt with was very professional.

  Ace is my go to place for card loads, money orders and bill pay services. The ladies there are always great and very efficient. Takesha and Eileen always go above beyond for me at times I needed the most.
