  Merica Street was very knowledgeable and professional. She would constantly make sure things kept rolling to get to closing on time. We had to refi one home in order to purchase another one, and Merica made it all happen -- quickly! We wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She's seriously so sweet and the best. Would recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone.

  Academy Mortgage was wonderful throughout the process of our Re-Fi. We weren't sure the timing was right or the benefit was meaningful enough, and MJ went out of her way to answer our questions and let us figure things out on our own. Once we decided to move forward she gave us many options and left the decisions to us, facilitating us to expeditiously get our mortgage once we knew what we wanted to do and how much made since. Good communications throughout. I have noticed the significant investment they put into our community, also. This is especially true in their support of youth initiatives with schools and clubs.   My wife and I bought our first home in 2012 and while it wasn't a bad experience we felt lost at times and it felt as if we were just a number/account when it came to the mortgage lender. Fast forward to 2017 and we are looking to sell our house and buy a new one. Jolene Hanson was the first person we talked to after making this decision and she started the pre-approval process and walked us through what our next moves should be. I cannot stress enough how hard Jolene worked to make this a personal experience and to keep us in the loop as to what was going on at each and every step! She made the whole process as smooth as possible and always had the best attitude which always made my wife and I have the best attitude (even though we were stressed beyond belief). We hope this is the last time we have to move but if we are in the market again no other mortgage lender would even enter our mind. I will recommend Jolene Hanson to anyone that wants a mortgage lender that works hard for her clients and wants to be informed during the mortgage process!

  Mary Jane is the best! We switched lenders only a couple weeks before closing. Mary Jane was able to get an appraisal and the loan finished by our closing date. She is great to work with!

  Jolene made the obtainment of a home mortgage a piece of cake. Where other lenders and agents made me feel unsteady, Jolene proved to be competent and I knew I was in good hands. Jolene worked in a timely manner and was flexible/available at my convenience. Academy Mortgage and myself are lucky to have Jolene in our corner.
