  This Academy Bank is absolutely amazing! Katie helped me and made this the best banking experience of my life. Money always makes me anxious and Katie made me feel very comfortable in the decisions I was making. I plan to stay at this branch forever, if possible. I don’t care where you bank. If you aren’t banking at Academy Bank @ Rimrock Walmart with Katie, you are missing out on a honest and dedicated banking family

  They are absolutely amazing! Katie made this the best experience possible. From start to finish, I felt like family. While being very professional, she made me feel as if we were best friends! I can truly say that I will never bank anywhere else again because of Katie’s amazing customer service. Any one who has banking needs should go to Academy Bank at Rimrock Walmart!

  Amanda at this location gave me impeccable service. She was attentive, understanding, and promptly came up with a satisfactory solution. She was also friendly, personable and down to earth. I couldn't ask for better service. Amanda gets 5 stars and an A+ in my book. I would recommend Academy Bank, ESPECIALLY Amanda at this location to all of my friends and family. I hope she gets a raise because she 100% deserves it! Thanks Amanda!

  This bank is my favorite bank my husband and I have ever banked with. Staff is very nice and helpful. Amanda is awesome. Any time we have had an issue she always gets a solution. Absolutely love this branch.

  Amanda Moore and the staff at the Rim Rock location are extremely professional and nice. Because of the kind of customer service we get at the Rim Rock branch this is our preferred banking location as we have had quite a few problems with the North Ave location. Thank you for you guys do!!!! You guys are amazing

  I have been a customer for many years (10+) and have always found the emplyees to be helpful and courtius. Amanda Moore is an excellent representstive and is always willing to go above and beyond. I would give her a raise if I were you. She is superb!!!

  Sahul Acosta helped me today and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, quick and pleasant. It took him half the time as others did on prior occasions. Also a shout out to Chauncey who has helped me in the past and also did a great job and was very quick.

  They say they are open Sat from 9-5 for customer service. It's 12:03 now and it's not a holiday and their customer service says it's closed. Call back during business hours...... hmm if these are your hours when is this magical time? I'm MST but it's between those hours from NY to HI so not sure what hours they are going off.
