  I worked with Brian, and had an excellent experience. He worked with me at the very beginning of my home buying experience, and reviewed ways I would be able to increase my loan amount. When I called him about 7 month later, he remembered me and got to work right away. Brian utilizes an online portal for documentation, which makes the buying process very easy. He is very easy to communicate with and if very prompt in returning calls and emails. Brian is overall a nice person and when we sell in the future, I hope to work with him again.

  Laura and the team at Fidelity Mortgage are amazing! During all the craziness of covid19, Laura helped us lock in a new mortgage interest rate. We emailed her at night, and we're locked in the next morning because of her expedite communication. We ended up switching to a shorter term with a lower interest. The lack of face time didn't matter with stay at home orders, Fidelity was organized and communicated throughout the process. The closing and signing were fast. We always joked about retirement being an abstract idea. But with the refinance, retirement just became a real possible idea in our future.

  It's been just over a year since I worked with Allen and his team and closed on my house. I had forgotten to leave a review, but the positive experience I had with him makes it worth doing even now. I was a first time home buyer. Allen was patient, thorough and friendly.
