  Chris Howell was so helpful. This was my first home buyer experience and I only had a month to complete the whole process of finding and closing. He did a great job guiding me through the process and minimizing my anxiety. I would recommend him highly and work with him again in the future. Along with Chris, there were several people that assisted in getting my loan to close on a major time crunch and all were very helpful and prompt.

  Probably the easiest thing I did all summer was to refinance my home with the people at Academy. I was in a 30 year fixed loan paying “X” dollars and just called quickly to ask if I could maybe do a 15 year mortgage and what the price difference would be... Jennifer Higgerson immediately gave me an idea of what I would be paying... Since it was all so quick to find out payment information I made the decision to refinance and within a day my loan was being set up and I closed barely a month later. I am now paying only a little more than I was before and my home loan will be paid off in 15 years! Best decision I made in a long time was to call these people. Five stars for sure.
