  A great place to do personal and business banking. I do both here and am very satisfied with their service. Unlike some of the big banks I've used in the past, the bankers never push stuff on me, and I trust them for advice.

  Best bank ever. Kind customer service, care and concern, swift responses to any banking issues at all, sometimes the response is that I did something wrong and we talk it out to see where i misunderstood and then all is well. Very kind people. I also have a bank account with JPmorgan Chase and the difference is dramatic. Chase treats me like garbage, these individuals at Cuofco actually care. If youve only ever banked with Chase, I highly recommend you try Cuofco, you'll be in for a very pleasant surprise. There are better things, dont settle for Chase just because they are big.

  Was a member for years business/individual and ever since covid, they have become less a credit union and just another crummy financial institution looking to gouge you every chance they get. Additionally, I had an auto loan, vehicle was stolen and what should have taken days, took months even though I was constantly calling them. They continued charging me, then they froze my account screwing up multiple auto payments. I now earn interest on my checking and savings accounts. I'll never let another bank use my money and treat me like smut. . I'd advise looking at charles schwab or any other real credit unions before getting involved with these folks, especially for any type of loan!

  The best! I have never received such great service from any other financial institution. I love the features of my checking and savings, (FREE ATM) they also saved me so much money when I refinanced our Mortgage. Customer service has always been outstanding, every single time. They go above and beyond to secure my accounts from fraudulent activity. Any issue I've ever had is immediately resolved. You will love this banking experience!

  Could not figure out how to do an auto loan and this was after I walked them through the process. Their "solution" was for me to buy the vehicle and then they would loan me the money. You read that right. loan me money for a car I now own. My credit is over 830 and auto credit is a perfect 865 and they could not figure it out. Now they are taking funds from accounts, without members knowledge or permission and placing those funds into a slush fund. But they won't tell you what they are using the money for. They say the money "is there" you just can't use it, see it or earn interest on it. Well, SOMEONE is using it, just not the members and yet they will deny that it is illegal since they wrote the rules saying they can take your money without permission and use it for their own purposes. People at Norlarco did this same thing and went to jail and regulators stepped in and had to sell that CU.

  I've been with this Credit Union since 2012, I love them. The employees are amazing, they really do everything they can to help. The locations are always beautiful and we'll kept. I've never had a problem when something has happened, whether fraud, or my own miscalculations, they've always been understanding and willing to help.

  We started here a few years ago, but it was a no brainer staying when we had to open new accounts. Both times we had the pleasure of having Addison help us set up our accounts. Getting to work with Addison is honestly reason enough to stay, as he exemplified superb customer service so well, that if a teller had spit on my face on my way into his office, I would still give the branch 3/5 stars.

  Best friendly service that I strongly recommend over ANY bank. Become a member for just $5. Lowest APR on credit cards. No checking fee accounts. Because I am a member, they treat me with grace and go beyond the call of following the guidelines!

  I have a checking and savings account through them, as well as a credit card ! Great rates, convenient ATM, easy App, and excellent customer service! I used to primarily use US bank, but realized I could get more bang for my buck at The Credit Union of Colorado.
