  Sam Skipworth was the perfect person for my home buying experience. Sam was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. He would check in weekly to see how things were going and if I needed any help with anything. When I went under contract he kept in touch with my realtor. Underwriting is so intimidating but with Sam and his team they were able to make this experience stress free for me. I was impressed with how efficient everyone was. I can not thank Sam enough for making this process so easy. He will definitely have my recommendation!!

  Sam Skipworth helped guide me through the entire loan process for the purchase of my new primary residence. His Team at Cross Country Mortgage is very knowledgeable and helpful especially in this current market with rising interest rates and low home inventory. Although I know he’s very busy, I never got that impression. Sam took the time to answer my calls and questions until he was confident I was comfortable. I feel Sam goes above and beyond with his excellent customer service. I had made an offer on a home late one evening and Sam answered my call, immediately began working on it and I had the paperwork needed within hours. He also kept checking in with me over the weekend to see if the seller had accepted and to get a status update. I will definitely recommend Sam to anyone who is the market for a mortgage.

  We worked with Sam Skipworth while purchasing our first house. Sam was always SUPER prompt in getting back to us, and was also always reaching out to make sure we didn't have any questions. At the beginning, he made sure to explain the process moving forward, and then was super helpful and direct with what we needed to do once we went under contract. We will definitely be going back to Sam for our next purchase/re-finance!

He made himself available to answer all our questions and went the extra mile to get us through the process including reaching out to our realtor, bank and the title company.
