  I came in to set up a checking account after already having a savings account, and I had several questions about the process. The branch was short staffed at the time, but the teller was extremely helpful and got everything done for me in a timely fashion. She even had to handle the drive-thru and other customers during my visit, and I was still given prompt and great service!

  After an initial not great experience at this branch after they moved to their new location, they did some work with the staff and I was heartily impressed by the change of tone and professionalism! Way to go, Elevations!

  I have been with Elevations for 10 years now and highly recommend them for both personal and business. My experience with them runs from personal checking to auto loans, (4 in the past 10 years), and they have been extremely professional. While have used other banks during this time for my businesses, I finally moved all of them to Elevations because of their professionalism and great customer service. The Harmony road, Fort Collins branch has incredible customer service, they are always friendly, prompt and courteous in handling my numerous accounts.

  Great place to open a checking!!!! Got tired of Canvas hi dollar fee... I recommend this Credit Union!! Great professional staff! They don’t charge to print u checks like other banks and very knowledgeable about loans and how to build your credit. Thank you I was happy to find you!

  I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Elevations Credit Union. Even when I have had to file disputes because of incorrect charges on my card, they have handled everything quickly and efficiently.

  These people are incredible. They loan thousands of dollars to an 18 year old on an obvious scam. Every other bank has the integrity to tell young people when there is a scam. I have seen other banks help people. But these people. Who work here. They will gladly aid scammers in hurting young people. My little sister was scammed and the scammers knew that these awful people would help him. The scammers named this company specifically because "somehow" they knew that this credit union would aid in the scam.

  Very disappointed Go elsewhere Was told I was approved for a home equity loan till they found out that I am payed on commission. They do not have anybody that can figure this I guess I was denied !!! said it was do there rules. Will never use them again!!! Went to a mortgage co in Denver CLOSED in 15 days end of story

  Worst customer service I’ve ever had with a bank. I spoke to two CS people today and both threw an attitude with me. I hate this bank and would never hold an account with them if they didn’t have my mortgage. I will be looking to move it in the future, just to get out of banking with them.
