  Weird office hours. They do not make it easy to make your payment on time when they are closed by 430pm on a monday. I hope you dont have to work mondays and fight rush hour to make your payments like i do. Should be able to pay with your debit card online. Its ridiculous. Outdated technology in an outdated building way in the middle of Phoenix

  I was with al financial for a year and a half.for a camry And i never NEVER had a bad experience with them i ofc always paid my bill on tiime i made certain of it they only let u pay with check in person or by mail not over they phone but hey give and take i suppose they let me leave post marked checks with them and they were curteus and professional enough to accept them ... They were professional with me maybe if people pay their bills on time they wouldn't be talking masa ....i always drove in person to deliver the checks btw. Don't rely on circumstances out of ur control handle it yourself ...

  Only wish I could pay online or over the phone. I don't like mailing it in or driving up there around my schedule. But I'm thankful they gave me a chance with my car loan to help build my credit back up.

  They're okay beside the lack of their old computer systems that are from the 80s and don't understand it's the 2016 time to upgrade. But fact they're getting 4stars is because I ask them about post dated checks they stated I can do that. So I wrote 3. These fools cashed 2 of my checks. One on 10/4/2016 then the next one on 10/5. They're all women working their so kind of hard to find Authority. But that just pissed me off you say yes to something not do it.

  Let me say The employees who work there are very rude.. There is no grace period.. They will harass you... Interest rates are high. Non negotiable. Reposed my car at 8pm called next day and they had no helpful information to give me. Very corrupt company

  This company is horrible. I financed with them for 2 years and never once liked them. They are rude even before they now who they are talking to. There is no grace period. they won't apply money towards the principal, they put it aside as a credit. They don't report that you pay over to credit bureaus. The interest rate sucked but I had bad credit so that was whatever. Making a payment is a hassle, cash, check, or money order in office or by mail (with no receipt). You can western union but that's a pain too. No debit/credit option. And again the people are rude as hell. Don't use them if at all possible.

  A-L has help me when I needed them. But the lady at the front desk is very rude and never smiles and when I told her that she should smile. She told me that there not in the business to smiles. I hate going into this place each month. I can't wait to finish paying off my car.

  I know The interest rates are high that's a given due to the fact that most that go to a and l do not have the best credit. That's not an issue that's understandable what's not understandable is terrible customer service. Phone etiquette, The whole tone of voice completely the people sound like they are miserable there. There is no follow through or execution in some processes.

  Horrible Company, Tells you one thing on the phone then changes what they said the next time you are on the phone. They are very rude and will call you a liar about anything you say. Make it extremely hard to make a payment, only allow you to make it in person by cash, money order or cashiers check. Cannot pay online over the phone or by card.

  This is the worst finance company. Do not talk, work or associate with Monica she is the rudest person there and will not provide me information needed in order to refinance and finally leave this company. Legal action will be taken of this continues.
