  Ted has helped us with three home loans. Each time he kept everything on schedule. This was most impressive in summer 2020 when some closings were being pushed out 90 days. He was able to anticipate all the needs of underwriting to keep the surprises to a minimum. I highly recommend Ted for any type of conventional home loan you may need.
