I was completely supported through each step and any time I had a question, a real person would answer and Emails were returned promptly.   The Rueth team really saved us in our hour of need. We were trying to quickly gather an offer together for the purchase of our first home, however, the lending agency that we were pre-approved for was being slow and ending up giving us the wrong documents. I quickly called the Reuth team and within 2 hours we had a fully written pre-approval ready to be handed to the listing agent. Without the Reuth teams responsiveness and expertise I definitely would not have been able to buy my condo. Throughout the whole process, the Reuth team were always there. They outlined the step by step process that it would take to purchase our first home and were there with us every step of the way on the phone, email, or even by text they responded almost instantly every time and made us feel at ease with a pretty nerve wracking process!

When we bid on a house and the sellers wanted to talk to someone about our loan qualifications there was always someone available to speak on our behalf. This team is amazing, the level of service was above and beyond our expectations.
