  We worked with the Rueth Team at Fairway Independent Mortgage in the fall of 2021. They were hands down the best team I have ever worked with. The Rueth team worked hard to find us the best financing options for our unique situation. The Rueth Team was great at communicating with us and guiding us through the process. They were responsive on weekends and holidays and were always happy to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend them and I won't use anyone else except the Rueth Team in the future.

  The team at Fairway Mortgage was very prompt in their responses to my questions and helped me clear all the steps in the process smoothly. The rates provided were very competitive compared with three other lenders I had inquired. Dillion Evert and Robbin Harrington were the people I worked with and they both were excellent. The loan closed in twenty odd days.
