  They were amazing people to work with. I never thought I'd be able to buy a home, yet they made it possible. And to top it off got me an interest rate that our title office even said " That's the best rate I've seen" We are extremely thankful for the hard work they put in. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

Their online application and online document portal were secure and made working with them from two states away easy. Robert, Sherri and Barbara are great to talk to and were very precise in letting us know what information we needed to provide to the lenders.   I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service I received for financing my new home. Jaime and his team at 3rd Financial were very knowledgeable with the different types of loans and what would be best for me. I was warned that the process can be frustrating and tedious but it was the exact opposite with them.   So we have bought houses with both good and bad financial experiences but our experience with Jamie was exceptional. He really went above and beyond for us. Answering all my questions after our last (terrible) experience. He gave me his cell and was available to calm my nerves. I cannot recommend him and his team enough!
