  Top Marks! Five Stars! 10/10! We lucked into Jeff Smith via a Zillow link. He's never high-pressure or pushy. Instead he's calm, methodical, and hard working. As a bonus, he appears to know everybody and is a great low-key negotiator. We were so impressed with his work as our Buyer's Agent that we immediately employed him as our Seller's Agent. Can't recommend him highly enough, especially if you are buying and selling on the East Side of Cincinnati and the surrounding area.

  We had a great experience working with Dani as first time home buyers. Throughout the process, Dani was quick to respond and proactively checked-in with us. We admittedly had lots of questions. She provided thorough and candid answers from start to finish. We felt very comfortable with each step in the process and closed on time.

  Dani is there for every up and down through the process. She made sure we felt safe and secure in our deal and helped work out kinks along the way. There is zero wait time for responses from her, no matter if it’s 10 am or 10 pm, she’s on it. She will always answer any question you may have. Dani goes above and beyond to help her clients in anyway they could possibly need. She radiates positivity and solutions. Dani Powers is the best realtor decision one can make!

  Jayne was amazing from start to finish. She made the process so easy. She’s very thorough and on top of things. She gives great advice and ensures things get done. I highly recommend her. She’s not only a great realtor, she’s a great person who truly cares about her clients, and does whatever she can to help them. I can’t wait to have her over to my new home!

  Beth McClary knew this was my first time selling a house, she helped me through each stage of it. I wanted a realtor that was smart and knew all the little details of selling a house but didn’t treat me like I was stupid because I had no idea what I was doing. I got this in Beth. She was honest and informative. When I had buyers back out she came up with a plan and just like that I was under contract and sold my house.   Jayne Riel was heaven sent. From morning to night we would have thought we were her only clients. The house we closed on happened because Jayne let my husband go see the house late at night. It had just posted around 10pm and we wanted to put an offer on it. She was well aware of the area and wanted us to make sure we knew what we were getting into. I would recommend Jayne to anyone. My husband used her for his first house and we hope to use her again for any future real estate we will be purchasing in the future. I wanted to give her 10 stars but the limit is 5. Thank you Jayne and RE/MAX for getting our family I new home. See you in 5 years or so. :-)

  Donna was amazing from start. Not only she explained the process but she had valuable resources to help prep the house (painting, fixing, cleaning, etc.). Once ready the house was sold within a week and closed a month and a half after. We were lucky to have Donna.

  I would recommend Jayne Riel. She was patient to our questions and respected our opinions. She worked extremely hard to get her job done quickly and she has connections to other great agents (loan officers, insurance agents, title agents, ...) who can walk you through every single step in the purchasing process.
