  Gerard Louison knowledgeable and professional consultant who took the time to assist me to the clarification of several mortgage inquiries, who would not only robotically speak but would actually make sure information provided made sense and was understood.   Excellent!!! Zane and Liz were super helpful during the craziness of buying a house. We closed early February on a deal that even the realtor had doubts on. Zane kept in constant contact and answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend them!

  Avoid Ryan Gordon as much as possible. I did a loan with Ryan in June 2020. He was not organized at all (I submitted documents to him and he simply just forgot to send those to the loan processor and underwriter -- he didn't even remember what we sent actually). He then lied about our loan condition. One week before the end of month, he said our loan condition on the reserves cleared and then a few days later, it turned out the loan condition was not cleared and underwrite still needed more document on the reserves. Worst of all, we needed to push back our closing date for a few days, and I told him to change our homeowner's insurance policy effective date from the old date to new date. He said they will change it after closing. After closing, I called the insurance company to update the insurance policy to the new effective date (the new closing date) and the insurance company had to cancel the old policy and enable a new policy and the policy number changed. I called the loan company to update the policy number and they said they already paid the full amount to the old policy number. I told Ryan about this he simply denied everything and told me it's your problem.
