  My wife and I have gone through this process several times and so far Henry has provided the smoothest process and by far the best customer service. Our financing tends to be very complicated for many reasons (self employed, multiple properties, rentals, different entities, etc.). To date, Henry has done the best job of managing the process, keeping us informed, dealing with unnecessary requests from underwriting, and minimizing our time involvement. He answered all of our questions, kept us up to date with the process and really went to bat for us when it mattered. I would highly recommend Henry to anyone for home financing needs.

  This is the 2nd time I have worked with Henry. He is the best loan officer that I have had the pleasure of working with. In this instance, I was working on a refinance with my previous mortgage bank to take advantage of the low rates when Henry reached out to me. We went from application to closing in 3 weeks, the rates were better by a quarter point and the closing costs were $3K less than the other bank, who I still haven't even heard from.

  I initially chose this organization because of their "community" involvement! I believe if an organization "invest" in community then their "people" are more prone to provide a "heartfelt" service. I continued the process with this organization because they were responsive to all my many questions/concerns, in a timely and respectful manner. I "felt like" I was important, and this was not just a business transaction. In essence, the experience was provided "in excellence", professional yet personable, timely yet demonstrated patience. These actions demonstrations they were committed to me as a long-term customer. Lastly, Henry Cash Russell in person delivered gourmet cookies to my door :) Nice touch!!
