  George is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. You can try to find a better mortgage broker, but good luck with that. He went the extra mile to balance our priorities on a refi and make sure we were comfortable with the outcome prior to closing. He is THE best around. Worth your call if you are looking for a referral.

  So let me start by saying my wife and I didn’t plan on refinancing twice in a little over a year. But with rates continuing to drop we were able to drop our interest rate by over 1% and reduce our loan term from 30 years down to 20 years. All this while still paying close to the same monthly mortgage payment. When we refinanced last year we used Rick Moore at Zenith Mortgage and the experience was top notch. So when we decided to refinance again this year it was a no brainer, I immediately called Rick to start the process. He managed to make a smooth process even smoother! He always made time to answer questions and help keep the process moving along. His service is truly at another level. We went from rate lock to closing in exactly 21 days which is pretty fantastic especially considering how much volume the lenders are dealing with because of the low rates and refinancing during the holiday season. So, if you are looking to buy or refinance you really can’t go wrong reaching out to Rick to guide you through the process. I’m glad I did, twice!

  Where do we begin. John Uttermann is absolutely amazing. He understands the market and this business like nobody else. He is insanely responsive and takes the time to understand our situation and explain things as needed. He pulls others in (his co-workers and those at the closing law firm) as appropriate and encourages open communication all around. Plus he promises to close quickly and has never disappointed.   Bob was recommended by our realtor. I shopped around to local banks and credit unions and found Bob to have the best deal! Bob has been very convenient, replies to emails within the hour, and is very knowledgeable. One year later, Bob called and asked if we would like to refinance. He got us a rate over 1% lower. We just closed today and are very happy with the savings!
