  John was my first and only. Since day one his knowledge and advise helped me buy my first home. He was always available or at least let me know when he was able to get back to me. Great Service and very honest. He is not for the business but I feel he is always for my best interest. I contact John after my closing and he is always the same. Did not change a bid. I always recommend him with friends, family and co workers since I know he will give the best customer service and advise. Thank you John!

  John was an absolute pleasure to work with for my refinance. He was professional, direct, and always responsive. He carefully communicated everything with me through the entire process. With any mortgage process, there are bound to be some hiccups along the way but I always felt assured that John would be on top of it and make sure everything was handled.   John and his staff were more than amazing with the whole house buying process! Everytime I had a question (and I had MANY), I would call John and he would spend a lot of time explaining everything and putting me at ease. Guaranteed Rate has a phenomenal system that gives you step-by-step instructions on which documents you need, and it makes the process quick and easy. It also really helps with keeping you on track. Johns staff was exceptional as well. They made sure to stay on top of me every step of the way to make sure that I was getting everything done on time. I can't stress this enough, you will be making a huge mistake not going with John and Company. It is literally like having a second family!

  I was nervous with entire process, and right from the beginning John was patient, professional and took the necessary time to discuss and review any questions I or my husband had.
