  We used Bryan to refinance our home last fall. Bryan was really helpful understanding the purpose of the refinancing and found us the best rate. He then followed the process and helped iron out a few issues that came up along the way to insure our refinancing went as smoothly as possible. After the refinancing was complete, our mortgage was sold from one bank to another. The second bank was slow to pay our property taxes and I alerted Bryan to the issue with the financial institution. Bryan jumped in and again got the situation resolved. Bryan was always fully involved, and was responsive to our questions as they arose. Bryan really cared about and made our experience as pain free as possible. If we refinance or move in the future, we fully intend to use Bryan again for our Mortgage.
