  Zak was awesome! Not only did he pick up every time I would call him at odd hours of the night to answer all of my questions for multiple days, he also drove over an hour to have lunch with us and explain in person. It was so nice and convenient that he even set up closing to be done at our new house. He really did everything possible to earn our business and it was the best experience purchasing this house with his help! I 110% recommended him!

The only reason it took even that long was because we went on vacation! Zak constantly communicated throughout the entire process and was so helpful.   Zak made the entire refinance process so fast and easy. He was able to lock in a great rate for us and we closed within about a month. He walked us through the paperwork (it was all done online) and made sure all our questions were answered. We have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so.
