  Shannon was an absolute professional from the first time I spoke with her to settlement. We had an issue with a previous lender that sent us into total freak out. I was given Shannon’s number, once I spoke with her I knew everything would be ok. She took out application after hours and had us to settlement in 11 days. Along the way she was always there to answer questions or help in any way. I’m thankful for Shannon and her team, we will never use anyone else for our mortgage needs.

  Shannon made every step of the way so easy! She provided options and her expert guidance. if your a first time home buyer or its been awhile you have so many questions, want different estimates, don't understand some of the terms, etc. She was patient and very clear on what to expect, timely with response time, and efficient. Can you just say amazing! At no point did I feel like I was alone or in the dark through the financial aspect of purchasing my home. Not only was this transaction the easiest I’ve ever been through but Shannon and her lending team was the easiest part of the transaction completely. All along she was at ease. Nothing ruffled her feathers and I appreciate that in a consummate professional in a high stress transaction. Even when the closing date was in flux for quite a bit. She was able to meet deadlines with enough notice. I will use her again and again. I did shop around, she met the rates. The banks fees were minimal and worth every cent!
