They communicate frequently, set great expectations of what is happening next and help you manage the many deadlines and paperwork involved in the Loan Process.   My wife and I have used Leslie Wish and her team for two new loans and a home refinance. Leslie and her team are absolutely top notch and we strongly recommend her for your mortgage needs. For each of our three mortgages Leslie provided excellent advice and support. The final mortgage rates she provided were consistently the best available, or on par with the best rates we found. Moreover, Leslie provided excellent advice that helped us optimize each of our mortgages and her team has provided us immediate turn-around support, which most recently helped us obtain conditional mortgage approval and make a winning offer on our new home within one day. For our refinance, Leslie found a mortgage option that helped us transition off a VA loan, which saved us thousands in VA loan origination fees. For our second mortgage with Leslie, Leslie helped us setup a loan that saved us thousands in PMI. During our most recent loan, March 2020, Leslie worked with us to reduce or original locked mortgage interest rate when the market was falling via a unique 'Rate Flex' program her team offers. Leslie helped us save 3/8 percent on our mortgage rate. We were recommended to Leslie from close friends, and we have recommended Leslie to other friends. If we ever need another mortgage, we will definitely go back to her team. She's among the best in the business.
