  Tim Steinbrecher is the perfect loan consultant for first time home buyers, and those that just didn't get it right the first time. He is informative, respectful, and professional. He took every question that I had with patience, and explained the answers in ways that made since. There was nothing that I asked Tim, that he could not answer with a fact of certainty. I would trust Tim with handling my next home mortgage. I have already started referring him to friends and family. Honesty and humility goes a long way.
