  I can make this a generic review and look up different words to describe excellence. However, in all honesty, if you want a lender to work for you, this is the guy. Shawn made the process easy and comfortable, even answering my texts of worry late night. Shawn did not give up on my goal of owning a home, even when I got denied a few times. My next buy will be easy because I now know who to call and who will work for me, SHAWN!

  I don't even know where to start! Shawn Malkou is The BOMB!! I was a first time home buyer and I walked into the process knowing absolutely nothing. Shawn not only kept me in the loop throughout the entire process but explained things every step of the way and I closed earlier than scheduled!!!! And don't even get me started about how he returns your texts and calls even if it's after office hours. How many Mortgage Brokers do that?? Shawn did!!!   Shawn is the man. He made my first time home buying experience great. I bought a house for sale by owner without a real estate agent and the owner had a set deadline to meet for the sale to go through. 28 days. With average escrow lasting 45+ in today's market I wasn't sure if that was even possible. 2 weeks into the process my lender backed out and I started to panic. Shawn was able to find a new lender and close on the deal with only 14 days left to meet the deadline!! Needless to say he's the best in the business.
