Bette Tetreault1When the pandemic hit and this branch suddenly closed, B of A made absolutely no attempt to contact or alert customers. I had to wait 2 weeks to get into my safe deposit box and have been waiting over a year for the branch to reopen. They had a little sign posted on the door about the closure, but they have labeled this branch as "temporarily closed" for over a year. I'm paying for a safe deposit box that I can't access unless I want to jump through B of A hoops. Zero care for customers!

Suzanne Flores1This bank has the worst counter service. I went in here at 4:35 p.m. The transaction I needed done was something that takes 10 to 15 minutes if you know how to do it. Unfortunately the 2 people I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. Then tells me to go to another branch or make an appointment. I’ll be closing my accounts. I can NEVER EVER walk in and do anything with out an issue. I called costumer service and told them about my experience. I was told that this branch was able to do it and should have handled it.

Jamie Cruz1Always has ONE teller working , sometimes 2... long lines and waits. Super slow!!!!!!! Always 3-4 people in here but most aren’t behind the desk to actually help people in line. It’s close to my job so that’s the ONLY reason I come to this one. Broadway location is near my home and they’re always fully staffed and lines go quick. Been to this location 6 times and each times exactly the same. One person in line currently ahead of me, to get cashiers check takes 20 min. Ridiculous!!

Albert Fraire1The worst Bank experience I have ever came across. First I walk in to see a banker to look into getting a temporary debit card and not one associate acknowledged me said hi asked how my day was going nothing I sat there for 10 minutes and until I had to speak up to say if there was a sign in sheet to see a banker is when then they finally acknowledge that I was there. Leah one of the bank tellers finally came up and asked what I need help with I explain to her that I just opened a new account and needed a temporary card. She then sat there and argued with me saying that they can’t issue temporary cards that I need to go to my other bank or a credit card use my credit card if I needed something. I was so embarrassed and I sat and I argued with her because one I don’t have another bank or I wouldn’t have opened up a new account with Bank of America into I don’t own a credit card for her just assume That really embarrassed me. That goes to show that Bank of America has some awesome associates in customer service people..

J Howell1This branch is randomly closed now for good. I went there to walk in to make a withdrawal and a security guard told me it was closed for good. This branch always had some drama even before Covid and customer service was always suspect at best. BofA is just not a good bank any more.

Jesse Wampole4I had to wait a bit to be seen but it was during a busy time and they seemed to be shorthanded so it was understandable. I came to open a checking account and was helped by a lady named Zeta. She was super friendly and helpful and I didn't get the impression that she was trying to sell me anything or had any other agenda other than helping me and answering my questions. I would definitely go out of my way in the future to come to this location based on my experience today.

Ebony Scott1I am very upset and disappointed about my experience with Bank of America. They should be named the worst bank. I have spoken to 3 customer service reps, 3 managers and my issue still has not been fixed. I deposited a TRUST FUND check into my account and they are holding my check for 12 days. 12! With no legitimate explanation. The federal reserve validates and processes checks within 3-5 business days, however, my check is being held well beyond this time frame. The bank was not even interested in validating the check or calling the issuing bank, they actually flat out refused. Crappy service! You are not a valued customer at Bank of America, no matter how much money is in your account.

Karl Dutson1How BOA handles the pandemic is the same as how they handle everything: long lines all day, every day. Hours aren't updated online, on the phone, or on the doors. Not enough tellers. Managers standing everywhere doing nothing. Some stores closed, some with different hours, some not - no way to tell. A billion dollar empire can't do simple updates and get their act together. Why do we trust them with money again?

Crystal Clark1Cindra Lana Berry have the absolute worst persona with little to no customer service skills. Cindra always seems to have this digested look on her face as if she doesnt want to be there and doesnt care about you or what account complications you may seem to be having. She is short with words and keeps it at what are you doing, bank of america cant cash checks due to policy change (mind you my fiance just went in 2 minutes prior and cashed his no problem). I am utterly upset with this bank location and lack of care for the customers who sadly employee them. They need to be reprimanded for lack of actions.

Steve Holt1this bank is very inconsistent they have horrible computers or Internet service their computers are going down two to three times a week and can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half to come back.they will have one person working behind the glass on a Friday afternoon when everybody's coming into cash checks will be eight people in line one person behind the counter working as fast as they can but it still takes almost 45 minutes to get through airline inside the bank employees are great but they're either understaffed or not utilizing their employees.I stood in line for 30 minutes today moved three spaces forward before they announced that once again their computers went down I just walked out I just walked out.I'm really starting to think about switching all of my personal and business accounts to a different bank. I have been faithful b of a customer for the past 20 years.
